HOW SOON WILL I GET MY PHONE BACK?
It is our aim to get your smartphone back to you as soon as possible. If you walk in off the street and we have all the parts available, it is possible your phone may be repaired as you wait.
However, for more taxing issues (water damage) or where there is an extremely busy period, we may have to give you a time, or day, to come back by.
For a simple case of a screen replacement, we can have your phone back to you within twenty minutes!
DO I PAY IF MY PHONE CANNOT BE FIXED?
No, we do not make a charge if we are unable to fix your phone. The only exception to this is in cases of water damage. In those instances, we will ask for a small deposit to cover the cost of the time needed to try and fix it.
When a phone comes to us water damaged, it is impossible to know right away whether it can be fixed or not. Therefore, it may take some time and effort on the part of the staff, to establish this.
DO YOU OFFER A GUARANTEE?
Yes, we offer a repair guarantee of sixty days on our smartphone and iPhone work.
ARE THE PARTS YOU USE GENUINE?
As far as it is possible to do so, we only use the actual manufacturers parts.
However, there may be times when this is not possible and we have to source another part. As much as we can do, we like to keep to the original manufacturer’s components.
CAN I MAIL YOU MY BROKEN SMARTPHONE?
Yes. You can mail us your damaged or broken smartphone, straight to the store. There is a small charge for this service – just the cost of the return registered postage.
If we cannot fix the phone, we do not charge you for the repair, but we do charge for the postage.
HOW FAST CAN YOU RETURN MY PHONE TO ME?
For our mail order customers, we will try and get your device back to you and working within five days of receipt of our staff.

IS YOUR WORK OUTSOURCED TO ANYWHERE?
No. All our smartphone repairs are undertaken right here, in our workshop. We do not outsource any of our repairs anywhere else!
